“Have Your Cake and Eat It, Too!” (Full Day workshop)

Isn’t that what we all want in life? You can have your cake and eat it, too when you have the right recipe for success in place. This workshop is geared towards the right ingredients. We focus on beginning with the end in mind and goal setting while helping your team realize that success is not an accident; we work on our commitments and learn how to break old habits in order to put new, effective, successful habits in place; we focus on the importance of goals and positive attitude, positive self-talk, and positive mental nutrition. What do we do when the cake falls? We focus on the power of visualization and putting positive thoughts into our day. Next, we put the icing on the cake by focusing on our passions in life and learning to work in our area of genius. Lastly, we take all of these ingredients and learn how to apply that to the work place. If we are purposeful in our life, we will be able to have our cake and eat it, too!


“Team POWER!” (Full or Half Day workshop)

With great relationships we can strengthen our workplace teams, have fun, and make our jobs more productive. Yes, we go to work to work! We focus on the different perspectives each of our teammates offer; we learn to understand each of us brings something different to the table; we unveil the value of each person’s role which helps make the team click. The importance of teamwork is key for achieving ultimate results for your company. This is a fun and interactive workshop designed around several team building experiences and games. The underlying message is one your team will process and relate back to the workplace for a better understanding and respect of their counterparts.


“Plug into Your Solutions Socket & WOW Your Customers” (Full or Half Day workshop)

We live in a digital age where recorded phone prompts and Internet ordering are now the norm. But believe it or not, your company is still about serving the customer. This workshop is geared towards creating great customer service skills. We focus on keeping loyal customers while learning how to handle our difficult ones.
